1. September 23, 2020 — Company Foundation
The company was officially established in Xintai, Tai’an, Shandong Province. In its early stage, it mainly engaged in the domestic wholesale of construction engineering materials, while building a warehousing and logistics system that laid the foundation for the group’s headquarters operations.
2. January 2021 — Warehousing Capacity Upgrade
The company relocated its operating site to the Guodu Town Industrial Park in Xintai, expanding standardized warehousing and repacking workshops. This significantly improved its large-volume inventory capacity and nationwide distribution capability.
3. April 2022 — Strategic Industrial Chain Upgrade
The company completed a major business scope upgrade, adding glass product manufacturing, waste glass recycling and processing, goods import and export, and import/export agency qualifications. This marked its official transformation into an integrated manufacturing and trading enterprise, while also launching the national production base integration plan.
4. 2023–2025 — Multi-Base Collaborative Layout
During this period, the company integrated the ceramic aggregate production capacity of Shandong Xianglu and the glass recycling production lines of Xinghua Hongyang. It also established Hunan Jiachen to support waste glass recycling and regional supply in Central China. Through Tai’an Hengchangrui, the company opened overseas sales channels and expanded customer acquisition through domestic B2B platforms, international new media channels, overseas short-video platforms, and both online and offline marketing models.
5. June 2026 — Standardized Management System
The company completed the filing of its updated articles of association to support cross-regional management across multiple production bases and large-scale foreign trade order operations. A standardized group management system was officially implemented.

Northern Production Base: Shandong Xianglu New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
1. March 2018 — Base Established and Put into Production
The base was registered and established in Zhanhua, Binzhou, Shandong Province, focusing on the research, development, and production of nano anti-slip ceramic aggregates. Its first-phase production line, with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons of ceramic aggregates, obtained environmental impact approval and was completed and put into operation. The facility is equipped with complete crushing, screening, and drying production lines.
2. October 2018 — Environmental Acceptance for Phase I
The production line completed independent environmental protection acceptance, enabling the official mass production of ceramic aggregate products. It became a key northern production support base for the group’s anti-slip pavement aggregate supply.
3. February 2022 — Phase II Capacity Expansion Completed
The second-phase ceramic aggregate project, with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons, passed environmental protection acceptance. This doubled the plant’s total production capacity and enabled it to meet the large-volume supply demands of major municipal engineering projects across China.
4. 2023–2025 — Technological Innovation Breakthroughs
The company obtained more than ten utility model patents related to ceramic aggregate production equipment, continuously optimizing granulation, dust removal, and material conveying processes. In 2025, it was recognized as a national technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, further validating its R&D capabilities.
5. Extended Industrial Support
The base is supported by a wholly owned environmental recycling resources enterprise, enabling the circular utilization of solid waste. This provides the group with green and cost-effective raw materials for ceramic aggregates and ensures long-term dedicated supply of anti-slip ceramic aggregates to the headquarters.
